Welder

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking 1st Shift Welders to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Ridgeland, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 1st , Mon-Thur. 6a-4p

What's the Job?

• Perform welding tasks to assemble metal components.
• Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in welding techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
