Join our dynamic team in a family-owned custom weld shop specializing in various custom parts and structural projects. You will work independently on a diverse range of projects, primarily utilizing blueprints and weld symbols. The majority of the work involves MIG and Flux-Core welding with steel, varying from 1/4" up to several inches thick. Occasionally, you may work with other materials and TIG welding.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a variety of welding projects.
• Utilize blueprints and weld symbols to execute tasks accurately.
• Perform MIG and Flux welding, primarily on steel materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols effectively.
• Adapt to various welding positions depending on project requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of welding experience OR welding diploma required
• Familiarity with custom fitting and fabrication techniques preferred

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
