Production Operator (3-Day Workweek 12-Hour Shifts)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (3/12s)

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. In this role, you will operate automated equipment, follow detailed process instructions, and support production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated equipment.
• Perform surface preparation tasks including remelt processing, slab evaluation, pixel debond, CO?/ultrasonic cleaning, anneal, palletizing, etching, PCAT, and pixel sorting.
• Conduct equipment checks and ensure machines are functioning properly.
• Accurately document production data in systems.
• Communicate production requirements across shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted where applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with PPE and safe handling of chemicals (MSDS knowledge preferred).
• Willingness to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule.
