Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers for temp-to-hire opportunities in Columbus, OH!

Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a Box Maker position on 1st shift. This role involves assembling boxes and packaging materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring products are securely packed and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble cardboard or corrugated boxes according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and fold materials as needed
• Ensure boxes are properly labeled and meet quality standards
• Assist with packing items securely for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of steel-to-e boots

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
