Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking a Voice Operations Engineer to join their team. As a Voice Operations Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Voice Operations Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Kennesaw, GA
Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour (Only W2)
What's the Job?

• Provide engineering support for Cisco and MS Teams voice operations, managing all aspects of core voice services.
• Participate in change and problem management reviews, collaborating with support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support voice platforms and interconnectivity with enterprise telephony and contact center services.
• Engage in incident management processes, including the opening and tracking of incident and problem tickets.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and improve service delivery.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 5 years of operational engineering experience with voice networking technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Systems and MS Teams interoperability.
• Experience with NICE Recording and ITIL processes, particularly in major incident and problem management.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to assess urgency and impact.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
