Our client, a leader in advanced hardware solutions, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US - Sr Advanced Hardware Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

What's the Job?

• Provide analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for products
• Develop test strategies, devices, and systems to ensure product quality and performance
• Perform stress and performance tests on a variety of computer hardware including circuit boards, processors, and wiring
• Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering a creative and innovative environment
• Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4-6 years of experience in hardware analysis and development
• Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in hardware design and testing
• Experience in developing test solutions and understanding of system life cycle phases
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, LabWindow CVI, or LabView
• Experience with test instruments, RF equipment, and test certification processes like DO-160, DO-178, DO-254
