**Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and follow infection control protocols.
**Qualifications:**
- Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Prior nursing experience in a similar setting is a plus.
