Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners!

We are excited to announce a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus for clinicians who can provide 25 clinical hours or more per week.

Compensation: This Fee for Service (W2) position offers a pay range of $130,000-$187,000 per year, depending on clinical hours worked (25-35 hours weekly).

At Thriveworks, we prioritize the safety and health of our clinicians and patients. While we do offer stimulant medications as an option based on client needs, our approach emphasizes thoughtful prescribing tailored to each client’s unique symptoms and diagnoses. We do not treat substance use disorders, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care through referrals when necessary.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional care for a diverse clientele dealing with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, primarily among adult and adolescent populations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in your practicing state
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a bonus
• Three years of experience is preferred; at least 1 year in psychiatry practice is required
• Applicants must be licensed and reside in their practicing state
• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and passing a certification exam is mandatory for new hires

What We Need:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients via telemedicine
• Ability to provide care to individuals aged 14 and older
• Availability to work in-office at least 1 day per week
• Administer prescriptions to alleviate mental health symptoms as necessary
• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive care plans
• Manage paperwork and assessment tools essential for client evaluations
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on client care and service delivery
