About the Role
This opportunity is designed for licensed psychiatrists aiming to develop their private practice. At Headway, you'll receive the resources and support necessary to streamline your operations so you can focus on what truly matters - providing exceptional care on your own terms.
About You
You hold a valid psychiatric license along with your DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a valid NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
You wish to expand your practice while retaining control over your schedule, client load, and working environment.
We accept the following licenses based on state regulations: MD / DO.

Important Notes
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, allowing you full autonomy over your practice, schedule, and caseload.
Currently, Headway can only support fully licensed mental health professionals. If you are not fully licensed, you are welcome to reapply once you meet the requirements.
