Job Description

The Cardiac and Vascular Procedure Specialist scrubs and monitors various cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. Responsibilities include managing access sites and symptoms, including sheath removals, and assisting with admitting, recovering, and discharging in and outpatients. This role requires taking emergency and after-hours call, with a minimum of 15 call shifts expected.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures.
• Manage access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal.
• Take emergency and after-hours calls as needed.
• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Assist with admitting, recovering, and discharging patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous experience in a Cath Lab is required.
• Must have current and valid driver's license or state ID.
• All required health history documentation must be provided, including COVID-19 vaccine documentation, TB test, physical/health statement, and others as needed.
