WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a radiology technologist for an on-going contract assignment at an ambulatory surgery center in Shrewsbury, NJ.

Job Function:

• Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.
• Set up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment in compliance with policy and procedure.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by adhering to radiation protection techniques.

Job Requirements:  

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.

• ARRT registered with Radiography (R) certification.

• New Jersey Radiologic Technologist State Certificate.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Driver's License.

• 6 months of paid working experience in Radiology required.
