REQUIRED Certs: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS

Skills REQUIRED:

Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry

Skills/Certs PREFFERED:

Skills: Perform EKG lead placement
Certs: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience

JOB DETAILS:

SHIFT:40 hours
Will accept 13-20 weeks!
8 HOUR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00
Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00-07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30.
Twice a week for two weeks in the month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and one week following call weekend no call.
Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures.
Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs, IR callback time is determined based on procedure type.
Call team consists of three staff members one of which is an RN.
Float Requirement: NONE
Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend
PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults and Geriatrics
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Vice Implants: PPM, ICD
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) with an approximate 80%-10% split with IR being the 80%, 10% being other procedure types.
Assist the provider while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. Scrub, circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures.
Medication administration performed by RN only.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Pneumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System, Bovi System for Implanta Plasma Blade Cutter, Radiofrequency Ablation Unit Venous Closure Unit, Sono Site, S2000 Ultrasound Unit, IABP, Impella.
