Total Rewards Optimization Analyst

The Total Rewards Optimization Analyst supports the execution, administration, standardization, and optimization of assigned Total Rewards programs. The incumbent will support collaboration with key stakeholders to gather information on existing programs, assist in documenting program parameters, and contribute to process simplification to achieve standardization across the total rewards function. Additionally, the Total Rewards Optimization Analyst will generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to track program performance, ensure data integrity, and support decision making of assigned programs.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Supports the implementation and ongoing administration of assigned programs, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution.
• Monitors compliance with program guidelines and document policies and best practices.
• Works effectively with HR, Finance, and Legal partners to ensure accurate and compliant program administration.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares reports related to assigned programs.
• Assists in the development of dashboards to evaluate program performance.
• Assists in evaluating program effectiveness and provides recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document, evaluate, and redesign processes.
• Analyzes large data sets from multiple sources to identify new insights.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications:

• High attention to details, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of human resources standards and best practices.
• Understanding of total rewards programs.
• Experience in compensation or HR operations with exposure to total rewards functions - preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in project/program management.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, xlookups, etc.)

The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nation's first integrated plastics recycling facility. This innovative site processes rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity. We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. We are building a network of Polymer Centers and Blue Polymer facilities across North America.

We continue to advance decarbonization at our landfills. As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we have 70 landfill gas-to-energy projects in operation and plan to expand our portfolio to 115 projects by 2028.
