The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of childhood experience with preschoolers and is committed to fostering, nurturing, and stimulating a learning environment for children. Preferred work time would be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Duties:

• Take care of infants and toddlers at the highest standards and follow daily schedules
• Implement STEM lesson plans (monthly course material provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects your value and early childhood education standards
• Be a team player and work as one positive team. Help the team with lunch breaks.
• Communicate effectively with parents, and build a great relationship with them
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Observe and assess children's progress
• Be a caring motherly type teacher

Experience:

• The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of childhood experience with preschool age and is committed to fostering, nurturing, and stimulating a learning environment for children.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
• Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to use iPads efficiently, update iPads with children activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
