Special Education Teacher Elementary Structured Learning

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support an elementary structured learning classroom in Richardson, TX. This full-time, in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs through May 23, 2026, offering a competitive rate of $45/hour.

Position Overview:

• Location: Richardson, TX
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: May 23, 2026
• Schedule: MondayFriday
• Hours: 7:30 AM 2:45 PM (37.5/week)
• Modality: In-person
• Pay Rate: $45/hour
• Caseload: 8 students
• Classroom Type: Elementary Structured Learning
• Support: Classroom support provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students
• Collaborate with general education and support staff
• Implement individualized student programs
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Texas teaching certificate (SPED and Core required)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred)
• One year of teaching experience (preferred)
• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
