Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a TIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a TIG Welder, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay Range: $28 and above depending on experience

Shift: 3rd Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:30pm, Friday 7am - 11am.

What's the Job?

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Inspect finished welds for defects and perform necessary touch-ups
• Maintain and set up welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals

What's Needed?

• 5 years experience with TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding
• Reliable work ethic and excellent teamwork skills
