Welder Fitter - 3rd Shift - $23.04/HR

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fitter to join our team on the 3rd shift in Canton, OH. This position involves performing welding tasks, primarily using Mig techniques, on structural steel, as well as fitting and constructing parts and frames. The successful candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and weld prints, using measurement, hand, and power tools, and operating shop machines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using Mig techniques on structural steel.
• Fit and construct parts and frames according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld prints accurately.
• Utilize measurement, hand, and power tools effectively.
• Operate shop machines as required for fabrication tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding with Mig techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience in fitting.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Strong knowledge of hand, measurement, and power tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.04 - $23.04/hr.
