Compensation Details:
Not to exceed $73/hour
Scope of Work: The contractor will support unit and functional testing and performance testing for Countermeasure Data Management System (CDMS) used for COVID-19 and other infectious disease rapid test scheduling and COVID-19 and other infectious disease vaccine administration.
Mandatory Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response.
6 year's experience testing functional, technical, and performance testing
6 year's experience developing & performing quality testing, with the ability to identify data quality issues at the business level and support the creation of data quality rules
6 year's experience performing defect management
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

6 year's experience with creating and executing test plans, scenarios, and test cases
6 year's experience in testing in an Agile development environment
6 year's experience in developing and maintaining information technology technical documentation for end user support
6 year's experience in the creation of test data which reflects production level data
6 year's experience using issue tracking tools such as Redmine or Jira
