Test Article Coordinator

Join a collaborative team supporting research by managing test articles and samples used in studies. This hands-on role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in a regulated lab environment.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, log, label, store, and ship test articles and samples
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Hand out and collect materials for lab staff and technicians
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs and GLP standards
• Respond to internal requests and resolve discrepancies
• Help maintain storage units and may assist with alarm response (on-call)

• Communication Clear interaction with internal teams and documentation
• Time Management Prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Computer Skills Inventory systems, data entry, and email
• Customer Service Responding to internal requests professionally
• Adaptability Comfortable working in cold storage and with hazardous materials
• Team Collaboration Working closely with lab staff and study coordinators
• Compliance Awareness Following SOPs and GLP guidelines

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree (experience may be substituted for level of education)
• Experience with internal/external customer service
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software used
• Excellent documentation skills
