Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled Test Analyst with 6-8 years of hands-on QA experience , including strong knowledge of manual testing and a proven background in Salesforce testing . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in Agile teams , and a solid understanding of quality assurance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional and manual testing of Salesforce applications
Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts
Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
Collaborate with development, business analysts, and other QA team members in an Agile environment
Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and coordination
Assist in developing and tracking project metrics (defects, progress, quality indicators)
Contribute to defect prevention strategies and continuous improvement in testing practices
