Overview
Temporary HR Coordinator role. Hybrid position requiring five days per week in the Stratham, NH corporate office. The role provides front-line HR support and administrative coordination for the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Direct employees to the appropriate HRBP or HR Manager to address HR-related questions and follow up to ensure concerns are addressed.
- Update Company Org Charts monthly using Visio to reflect accurate departmental reporting structures.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including ordering company swag, facilitating exit interviews, obtaining equipment, and submitting IT/term tickets as required.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation (verification, processing, validation, vendor setup) per Finance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date intranet content (Choconet) to engage employees; assist with HR calendar and company events using the intranet and Teams.
- Provide administrative and project support to HR team; assist with or coordinate employee discount programs and wellness programs.
- Manage employee gift basket and flower programs (Get Well, Sympathy, Congratulations) including timely ordering and cost tracking.
- Prepare HR communications for employees via appropriate channels (e.g., breakroom TVs, digital signage, and intranet platforms).
- Provide additional ad hoc HR administrative support as needed.
Compliance & Reporting
- File personnel records accurately and maintain compliance with DOL and other state/federal regulations.
- Ensure State, Federal, and OSHA postings are current at Stratham Facility, remote offices, and Retail stores via posting platforms.
Employee Communications & Engagement
- Plan and support company-sponsored events and employee activities; collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to ensure participation and communication.
- Prepare and distribute HR communications to employees using appropriate platforms (e.g., weekly updates, breakroom TVs, Choconet).
- Maintain the company-wide engagement calendar and distribution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 0 2 years of job-specific experience preferred
- Ability to organize multiple projects, prioritize competing workloads, and meet deadlines
- Performance-driven, tenacious, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively across levels
- Innovative problem solver and facilitator of change
- Ability to plan large events for 200+ employees
Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
Education
- Bachelors degree required
Total Rewards
Compensation Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Lindt USAs salary range reflects market rates based on size, revenue, and location. Starting pay considers factors including job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included.
