This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate (minimum 3 years of experience) to join a growing team that works with clients in the software, digital media, advertising, FinTech, and emerging tech industries.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements for technology-driven transactions. You'll work with a collaborative and dynamic group of attorneys and industry leaders, handling:
- Software development and licensing agreements
- SaaS, reseller, and cloud-based service contracts
- Hardware and system integration deals
- Advertising, AdTech, FinTech, and digital content licensing matters
- 3+ years of experience focused on technology transactions
- Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials and professional references
- Experience with digital media, advertising, or FinTech is a plus
- Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing
- Base salary range: $250,000 - $370,000
- Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
