Required skills:

• Requirement elicitation and documentation
• Feature mapping and backlog management
• Strong technical understanding, preferably with a software development background

Other:

This individual will:

• Work on a strategic team developing software and solving technical problems across several domains.
• Participate in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications.
• Solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures. Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover business requirements, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Documents the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools.
• Makes recommendations regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
• Assist with production support issues.
• Assist with release activities.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies including Refinements, Sprint Planning, and daily Stand Ups.
• Proven leader in the field with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 +/- and this position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 09/15/2025.
