Short-Term Residential Care Cleaner

We are excited to offer a temporary position as a Residential Care Facility Cleaner. This opportunity is designed to last for 3-4 months, with a work schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Be a part of our mission to positively impact the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure all cleaning procedures meet safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning records and report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to keep our environment sanitary.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure a clean and welcoming space.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Positivity and effective communication skills are essential to work with residents and team members.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods is necessary.
• Comfortable working with cleaning products and following instructions.
• Must reside within the service area.
