TeaCliententer Administrator Skills / Experience:

8-12 years of experience.
Hands on Experience with TeaCliententer 11x onwards , Active Workspace.
Strong understanding of the TeaCliententer PLM system architecture and be able to configure and administer the system effectively. This includes managing user roles and permissions, creating workflows, defining data models, and configuring business rules.
Implement new BMIDE extensions as part of Change Deployments.
Knowledge of Multi-CAD integration ( Creo, Catia, NX etc. ) and Non-CAD integration, FMS , Multi - Site Configuration.
Ability to support and lead integration of an ERP system.
Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
Ability to develop and maintain TeaCliententer workflows collaboratively supporting business processes including overall design and workflow handlers
Participates with the development and maintenance of operating procedures and best practices
Supports the authoring of company standards, procedures, and best practice guides to be consumed by the user community
Monitor performance of specific applications and SQL database(s) used by TeaCliententer and work with the server operations and database team to optimize solutions for minimizing application downtime and optimizing throughput.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to TeaCliententer PLM, working closely with IT and other technical teams.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote proper use and adoption of TeaCliententer PLM
