Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruiting team by scheduling candidate interviews, both onsite and virtual, and managing a dynamic calendar. The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing tasks and maintaining flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite.
• Manage and prioritize tasks within a dynamic calendar.
• Maintain flexibility to quickly pivot and reorganize as business needs require.
• Support the full-cycle recruiting team in delivering high-touch candidate experiences.
  

• Experience with talent acquisition.
• Strong administrative support capabilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling meetings and interviews.
• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever, or similar ATS systems.
  

• Organizational skills.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes.
