Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons throughout operations by efficiently passing instruments, suturing incisions, and holding retractors as required.
• Maintain the sterile field at all times during the procedure to minimize infection risks.
• Monitor and ensure the functionality of surgical equipment, promptly addressing any concerns to maintain seamless operations.
• Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them correctly on the operating table and applying sterile drapes tailored to the specific surgery.

Work Environment:
