What You'll Do

• Inventory Management: Build and refine systems to ensure we never run out of critical raw materials or finished goods.
• ERP & EDI Oversight: Manage and optimize our ERP and EDI systems to streamline operations and partner communications.
• Third-Party Coordination: Oversee relationships with contract packers and third-party warehouses to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Supplier Relations: Conduct audits, negotiate contracts, and secure reliable, cost-effective materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, cost reduction, and inventory accuracy using analytics tools.

What You Bring

• 68 years of supply chain experience, ideally in cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Experience with ERP and EDI systems (bonus if you've worked with retailers like Walmart or Kroger).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus).

Bonus Points

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with contract packaging and third-party logistics.
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
