Adolescent Psychosis Intervention Program Supervisor
Abbott Northwestern-West Health has become a leading location for the treatment of psychosis in adolescents and young adults through a growing continuum of care. The supervisor would have oversight of the Adolescent Psychosis Intervention Program, which is a partial hospitalization program designed to treat emerging psychosis in teenagers 13-18 years old, as well as the NAVIGATE Program targeting first episode psychosis, and additional CTSS-based programming for adolescents who need intensive intervention.
Job Description:
Provides leadership to maintain and enhance the programs clinical and operational performance. Supervises program staff that include master level therapists, master level psychologists, and/or psychologists. In addition, supervises mental health practitioners and admin support staff within the team. Partners with an Operations Manager in order to provide clinical and operational direction to program staff and program advance practice providers. This dyad leadership team is jointly accountable to create efficiencies and remove barriers in order to drive exceptional results that are greater than what could be achieved individually. Supervisors maintain accountability to Service Line leadership in order to advance work within clinical recruitment, patient access, care coordination, practice management, digital strategies, and the overall patient experience. Supervisors may be required to provide direct clinical care to a caseload of patients to support program needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in mental health therapy or related field
- 3+ years in mental health and addiction services
- 2+ years in leadership
Licenses/Certifications:
- Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required or
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required or
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required or
- Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required
Physical Demands:
- Medium Work*: Lifting weight - Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range:
Pay Range: $40.37 to $55.85 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
