About the Role:
The Transportation Team Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising a team of dedicated Drivers, ensuring efficient and safe deliveries.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
- Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday, with 2nd shift starting at 7 pm.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries through a strong understanding of multi-stop routing systems and dispatch procedures.
- Review driver logs, hours of service, and other DOT requirements to ensure strict compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to guarantee that all deliveries are executed accurately and on time.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
- Proficient knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Experience with AS/400 and truck routing software preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent English comprehension for reading, writing, and communication to ensure safety and efficiency in operations.
