Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Superintendent to lead and manage onsite teams for commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite construction teams and foster strong working relationships with subcontractors.
• Review subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify design issues or code violations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, quality control, safety, job site layout, and manpower planning.
• Maintain and upload daily job reports to the project folder.
• Oversee daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and temporary labor.
• Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety regulations.
• Maintain a detailed project schedule and ensure timely documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage project close-out procedures, including punch lists and owner training.
• Respond promptly to all work-related communications (email, phone, text).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial construction supervision
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficiency with Procore, RedTeam, or similar project management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Tenant Improvement (TI) construction
• Experience in commercial retail or healthcare construction

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
