What You’ll Do :
Own the jobsite from start to finish-schedule, quality, safety, subs, logistics
Lead interior flips, build-outs, and creative renovations
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth execution
Maintain jobsite safety and a positive team environment
Problem-solve in real-time to keep projects on track and on budget
What You Bring :
3+ years of experience in commercial construction-interior renovations a plus
Proven ability to run jobsites independently and lead trade teams
Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-first mindset
Tech-savvy with field software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
