The Federal Reserve Board (Board) provides students opportunities for career success. The Board believes that by combining academic endeavors with project-related work experience, qualified and capable college students can gain the practical knowledge need in a competitive global job market. Internships are paid positions with salaries commensurate with credit hours; internships may be in-person, remote or hybrid, depending on the needs of the team. Position Requirements
About This Role
As a Technical Support intern, you will work in the Enterprise Infrastructure area of the Information Technology Division and will provide support to infrastructure teams responsible for supporting the desktop environment including workstations, laptops, tablets and mobile devices. You will work closely with team members to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues.

Technical Support interns support teams in
• Working with Powershell
• Working with Python
• Working with M365
Previous Technical Support interns had the opportunity to contribute to projects related to
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
Through these projects, you will gain experience with various devices associated with the desktop and mobile environments, end-user support, and have the opportunity to determine if a career in desktop engineering and end-user support is for you.
