Recruitment Consultant | Structural Engineering Colorado, Utah & Washington State

Company Summary: Looking for an immediate hire to work with a leading Structural Engineering company based in Seattle, Washington. This position is an opportunity to work on complex structural projects within healthcare, education and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and development of commercial high-rise and institutional projects, ensuring timely delivery of construction documents and coordination of design tasks across multidisciplinary teams
• Manage preliminary structural design efforts, including wind load assessments, seismic design strategies, and code compliance reviews, while identifying innovative solutions and alternative products
• Lead construction administration activities, including site visits, RFI resolution, and document revisions, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Monitor project milestones using project management software, maintain detailed logs, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership in seismic design, ensuring lateral systems meet applicable codes and standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field
• PE Licensed in Washington
• SE Licensed in Washington
• Engineering Bachelor's degree required
• Engineering Master's degree required
• Technical skills: experience with Revit or AutoCAD
• Overtime pay available
