Job Description
Cintas is seekinga Strategic Sourcing Category Manager to be responsible for developing the sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include using critical negotiating and competitive bidding skills to deliver cost control and reduction with current and prospective suppliers; managing supplier contracts and continuous supplier performance evaluation relative to business needs and market conditions; analyzing category spend to initiate restructuring of vendor base to achieve cost savings goals; seeking continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products within assigned product categories.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
- 2+ years' Supply Chain experience
- 5+years'sourcing/purchasing experience

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,135.00 - $101,743.82/Year. The range takes into
