The responsibility of the Storage Forklift Operator to manage daily operation storage, activities, ensuring an efficient and accurate turn in merchandise. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately receiving and unloading trailers, physical breakdown of merchandise, building and stretch wrapping of pallets
• Shuttling merchandise from receiving to shipping, laydown and storage areas
• Loading of product into shipping trailers
• Coordinating inbound and outbound storage freight
• Sorting and distributing pallets to be utilized within the warehouse
• Using hand held units to verify merchandise being distributed
• Operating powered equipment including: forklift, pallet jack, tugger and clamp attachments

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 without assistance.
• Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise, dust.
• When needed working on powered equipment
• When needed standing, bending, lifting

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.50-$24.63.
