The Sr Specialist- Media will team with Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Insights, Creative, and Production Teams to assist the Media Manager in the development and implementation of all national and local test media campaigns. Coordinate with Media and Creative Agencies in development and project management of campaign elements in support of Wendy's marketing objectives to ensure timely and successful program launches. Assist in managing Hispanic media needs. Lead reporting and management of media data tools as well as support for agencies in campaign analysis to provide valuable insight and deep understanding of media performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in recommendation, approval, and implementation surrounding campaign tactics for General Market and Hispanic Market national and local test campaigns
• Lead project management associated with deadlines to ensure timely tactical launches
• Oversee the maintenance of Media Tools including MMM and campaign reporting as well as be responsible for performance insights and recommendations
• Assist with vendor and partner relationship management
• Support in coordination of local tests
• Assist with any billing reconcilations

What We Expect From You

• Education: Bachelors Degree; Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications preferred
• Understanding of national and local media planning and buying practices
• 3-5 years of related experience in media with a media or full-service advertising agency
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication skills, multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with both marketing resources and tools, as well as partnership building

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

Pay Range: $77,000 - $131,000 Annually
