Primary Responsibilities:

Provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, ENDO, Pre-Op and PACU departments, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, AAAHC and AORN standards for ambulatory surgical facilities.
Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, Director of Nursing, Senior Director, and ASC Leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

BSN or 7+ years of comparable experience in an ASC
BCLS
5+ years clinical leadership in perioperative or endoscopy settings
Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of Word, Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

MSN
Specialty Certification
Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
Advanced computer skills
Previous AAAHC preparation experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $43.22 to $77.21 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
