Sr Application Analyst (TecSys Analyst)

Overview

Sr Application Analyst (TecSys Analyst) role at Wellstar Health System. Day shift. This position provides advanced system-level support of multi-user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end-user support of complex systems. Requires advanced knowledge of systems analysis, project management concepts, and the ability to lead project planning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced system-level support for TecSys modules and related applications.
• Install, configure, train, maintain, and provide end-user support for complex systems.
• Lead and participate in project planning; establish goals, milestones, and procedures; manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Promote excellent customer service and strong communication to ensure success of software applications.
• Collaborate with outside departments and IT staff, clinical and operational teams to achieve project goals.
• Adapt to change, manage priorities, and facilitate process improvements; communicate benefits and expected changes to stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary resource for more than one application module when needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in TecSys WMS, SCM, DM modules; TecSys Custom Expression, Rule Build, Queue error troubleshooting, and integration troubleshooting.
• JavaScript (some knowledge); SQL and relational databases (conceptual knowledge emphasized).
• Cognos Reporting; Excel advanced data analysis; PowerBI/PowerApps (some knowledge).
• Hardware management and TecSys device updates (including OS updates); Server patching and maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; All certifications required upon hire unless noted otherwise.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology required; healthcare or related industry experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team; strong multi-tasking and attention to detail; ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
