ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their team. As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be part of the IT department supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the design and optimization of the enterprise ServiceNow platform to meet organizational goals
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives
• Design solutions that promote seamless system integration and data flow across departments
• Implement governance practices to ensure platform compliance and manage risks effectively

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture
• Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting (client/server), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and EA
• Relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, EA) are preferred
• Solid grasp of ITIL and enterprise architecture principles
