Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week, Overnight 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Thursday-Monday
About the Role
Our client, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a proactive Service Desk Technician to support their fulfillment and distribution center during peak season. This is a hands-on role where you'll join a collaborative and long-tenured IT team, ensuring that the technology powering daily operations runs smoothly.
Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues within the fulfillment and distribution center.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral equipment problems.
Support warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other operational technologies used in fulfillment workflows.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendor partners as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
Collaborate closely with the Service Desk team to ensure consistent service quality and minimize downtime.
Assist with system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Must Have:
3 years of experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk (Service Desk preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments .
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Resourceful, fast learner, with the ability to engage directly with end users.

Preferred:

Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS/WES), RF scanning devices, or supply chain technology.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
