About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading general contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects , is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join their project controls team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about delivering complex, large-scale projects on schedule.
The Senior Scheduler will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules throughout all phases of construction-from preconstruction through completion-ensuring milestones are achieved and potential delays are proactively mitigated.

The Senior Scheduler will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules throughout all phases of construction-from preconstruction through completion-ensuring milestones are achieved and potential delays are proactively mitigated.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for high-rise construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule data and progress updates.
- Perform critical path, float, and variance analyses to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed schedule reports, narratives, and look-ahead forecasts for internal and client use.
- Review subcontractor schedules for accuracy and alignment with the master project schedule.
- Support claims analysis, delay mitigation, and time-impact assessments when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in scheduling for high-rise or large-scale commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with MS Project or other scheduling tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means & methods.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across project teams.
