Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Project Manager to join the Enterprise Growth and Activation team at our Downtown Indianapolis location with hybrid opportunities.
The Senior Project Manager facilitates and leads high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for the system. Works with key stakeholders to develop and implement growth plans. Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives. Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget. Work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.

•Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
•PMP certification preferred.
•Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
•Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
•Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
