Responsibilities

• Analyzing operational and financial aspects of resource investment to optimize our global staffing strategy modeling
• Communicating resource investment methodology, rationale, and financial impact to a diverse audience
• Design, develop, and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to drive financial and operational excellence
• Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional business partners to identify and solve operational challenges
• Conducting ad hoc analysis in support of Retail, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and field leadership teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years meaningful experience in a high-performance and high-growth organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of an organization
• Think both analytically and creatively with an eye for continuous process improvement
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Be an intellectually curious self-starter
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in Tableau or similar BI dashboard visualization tool preferred
• Strong presentation software (e.g. Keynote) skills and storytelling experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
