Senior Natïve App Engineers

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Native App Engineer  position.

Location: Minneapolis, MN(Hybrid)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Native App Engineer  to help shape the future of mobile experiences. You’ll be a key contributor in designing and building high-performance, intuitive apps for iOS and/or Android. From architecture to implementation, your expertise will drive scalable, resilient solutions that delight users and stand the test of time.
You’ll collaborate across design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences. Whether you're optimizing performance, leading code reviews, or solving complex issues, you’ll be at the heart of mobile innovation. This role includes rotating on-call support for our 24x7 products.
What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement native features with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Lead development, testing, debugging, and instrumentation of mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Maintain high code quality, test coverage, and observability.
• Support operational processes including deployment and change management.
  

What You Bring
For iOS Engineers:

• 5+ years in software development, 3+ years in iOS.
• Proficiency in Swift, UIKit, Xcode, Instruments.
• Experience with App Store or enterprise distribution.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and dynamic data.
  

For Android Engineers:

• 5+ years in software development, 3+ years in Android.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Dagger, Espresso, Wire Mock.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and dynamic data.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70 - $80/per hour
 
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
