As Senior Manager, Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy, you'll shape enterprise-wide transformation that enhances how we deliver services and scale innovation across our global organization. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategic planning and execution for key service line initiatives in alignment with GBS Strategy
• Partner with GBS senior leadership to identify and deliver opportunities in process optimization, digital transformation, and service delivery
• Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and performance metrics to guide data-driven decision-making
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across GBS, Finance, IT, HR, and other business units to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and reports to senior stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, or business transformation roles
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or operational excellence initiatives

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
