• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift

What You'll Do: As a Senior Machine Operator, you'll lead the production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from setup to final product. You'll monitor performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and support your team to meet daily production goals.
Your responsibilities include:

• Set up and adjust production machinery
• Monitor line performance and ensure product quality
• Manage raw materials per recipes and batch specs
• Perform quality checks (visual, texture, packaging)
• Maintain accurate production records
• Train and support team members
• Collaborate with maintenance, QC, and production teams
• Follow all USDA, state, and company safety standards
• Support continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2+ years in manufacturing or food production
• Knowledge of USDA/CA food safety standards
• Strong mechanical skills & attention to detail
• Leadership mindset & team player
• Able to lift, operate machinery & work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office & production software skills
