Program Managers in Maps deliver the right feature at the right time. It's a hands-on, cross-functional, and highly engaged role. A great PM is the beating heart of their teamdriving alignment, clearing ambiguity, and pushing for quality every step of the way. As a Senior Infrastructure Program Manager on our team, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives, from conceptualization and design through development, deployment, and operationalization, directly supporting the performance and scalability of Apple Maps.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to define technical strategies, scope, and priorities for foundational systems, balancing technical feasibility with long-term platform resilience and efficiency.
• Drive complex cross-functional execution across core engineering, operations, security, and other infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Evaluate and optimize for cost efficiencies, system performance, reliability, and scalability, understanding their direct impact on the overall Maps experience.
• Employ a data-driven, solution-oriented approach to navigate complex technical trade-offs between performance, security, reliability, and resource constraints.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring robust contingency planning and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of the infrastructure roadmap by identifying internal customer needs, anticipating future demands, and influencing strategic direction.
• Represent your programs with clarity, accountability, and integrity across Apple's internal organizations.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
