Senior Product Manager, Location Services

Position Summary

Walmart's Product team focuses on putting the customer at the center of everything we do, driving impactful change through innovative technology and digital experiences. We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the Location Services portfolio within the Cart team. This role aims to enhance the customer journey by accurately identifying location, store, and customer intent to offer tailored fulfillment options.

What you'll do

You will work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, and business operations to develop scalable solutions that support key experiences like assortment availability, transaction eligibility, pricing, and fulfillment options.

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for location services within the Cart experience.
• Identify the right customer location to personalize fulfillment and availability.
• Determine the most suitable store for customer orders based on inventory, pricing, and fulfillment capabilities.
• Leverage customer intent signals to optimize experiences and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms and throughout the customer journey.
• Improve address validation services to reduce errors and enhance order accuracy.
• Enable location-aware experiences across the Ecommerce ecosystem.
• Partner with analytics teams to run experiments, measure performance, and optimize based on data.
• Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and internal data to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and ensure cross-team alignment.

About the Team

You will be part of Walmart’s International eCommerce Product team , focusing on Location and Cart experiences to improve location-based fulfillment across markets like Mexico and Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce, digital platforms, or customer experience roles.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation at scale, and translating insights into outcomes.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Adobe) to assess impact and guide strategy.

Additional Information

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase options, paid time off, and other benefits. The annual salary range is $117,000 - $234,000, with additional compensation for performance and stock options. For more details, visit .
