Senior Fund Accountant

Overview

LHH is partnering with a prestigious investment firm to find a highly motivated Senior Fund Accountant to join their Fund Accounting team in downtown San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the private equity teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial operations and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal funding operations and maintain data for portfolio investments.
• Assist with portfolio reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Review quarterly private company investment valuations.
• Collaborate with fund administrators on GAAP financial statements.
• Support annual audits and tax filings.
• Manage cash reserves for deal financing and fund expenses.

Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public or industry accounting (VC/PE/Alternative Assets preferred).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA is a plus.
• Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 , plus bonus up to 15%.
